Oil seals

Oil seals and grease seals have a flexible lip that rubs against a shaft or housing to prevent the leakage or ingress of fluids and dirt. Shaft speed, fluid temperature and eccentricity are but a few of the operating conditions to which the seal must adjust. The sealing orientation and direction is important to consider for oil seals and grease seals. The orientation and direction can be internal or rod seal, external or piston seal, symmetric seal, or axial seal.

The seal type for oil seals and grease seals can be oil seals or other types. An oil seal can also called flexible lip, or rotary shaft seal. These seals fulfill an exacting function, they protect all types of precision constructed, close fitting ball, sleeve ad roller bearings.


Rotary shaft seals

There are hundreds of different cross sectional shapes available today in rotary shaft seals. Although TCK has a variety of shapes tooled and availabe. We teach and use a tired and true method of evaluating the application data, step-by-step answering critical questions about what the seal must do, the parameters and conditions under which it must live and arriving at a generic definition of the seal required. Then we search the available shapes and tooled sizes to see if the right one exits. If it doesn't, we prepare to develop it for our customer.


Oil Seal & O-ring

An oil seal can also called flexible lip, or rotary shaft seal. These seals fulfill an exacting function, they protect all types of precision constructed, close fitting ball, sleeve ad roller bearings.

An O-ring is a loop of elastomer with a round (o-shaped) cross-section used as a mechanical seal or gasket. They are designed to be seated in a groove and compressed during assembly between two or more parts, creating a seal at the interface.


Oil seals manufacturer

Lip Seal and Packing

Lip packing include V packing, U packing, Y packing, L packing, and J packing. Lip packing are acting in various materials and designs for rods and pistons in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.


Bonded seals

Bonded seals (seal washers) are metal washers with a rubber insert bonded to the inside diameter for use in high pressure applications.


Hub seal

Hub seal be suitable for truck wheel. Hub seal is presented.
The hub seal is disposed between inner and outer bearings about an automobile axle within a hub housing. The bearings are disposed between the hub housing and the axle at each end of the hub housing. The hub seal comprising a rigid sleeve having sealing members affixed at each end thereof. The sealing members are in sealing contact with the bearings and support the sleeve away from the axle.


Valve-steam seal

Valve-steam seal be suitable for using in the engine when the piston operation.


Piston seal

Piston seal be suitable for VW series.
The seal is fit onto a shaft with the sealing lip contacting the housing bore. V-rings are considered external lip seals. Symmetric seals are symmetrical and works equally well as a rod or a piston seal. An axial seal seals axially against a housing or machine component. Sealing direction pertains primarily to hydraulic and pneumatic seals that are used in applications with axial motion, such as cylinders and pistons.


Bearing cap

Bearing caps and methods for manufacturing bearing cap are disclosed. Bearing cap includes a body that comprises an abutment surface, a bearing surface, an exterior surface, and a recess portion.


油封

油封一般是由合成橡膠為原料,在接觸軸面的部份行成銳唇,其前端接觸軸面發揮密封的功能。油封是防止軸承部洩漏潤滑油,不只可減少軸承內潤滑油的消耗量,也可防止外部雨水、塵埃及其它有害物侵入機器內。油封在一般是適用於0.5kg/ cm2以下的潤滑油密封,壓力高時是用有支持壓力的補助零件相組合,可密封2kg/cm2或4kg/cm2的油壓。但也可藉由其它材料的選定、形狀、設計等條件的改變而耐更苛刻的條件。

種類:油封依使用條件裝條件使用材料等而有各種形式更構造大別有:
(1)固定於封箱(孔)者。
(2) 固定於軸者。
(1).固定於油封箱(孔)的油封為最廣用的形式,持油封壓入或鎮聚固定於油封箱(孔),使用時,油封不能旋轉,油封唇接觸的對象軸旋轉,往上從軸周面洩漏,依唇部的設計不同簡單分為下列四型:
(1).單唇型
(2).半雙型
(3).雙唇型
(4).特殊型
(2).固定於軸的油封,油封本身旋轉而使用,此種油封不供一般使用,只用於滑脂密封或極接連旋轉軸等密封條件不大苛刻的運轉環境。


O型環及特殊型狀的環式迫緊

O型環呈斷面形狀圓形的環之總稱。O形環可用於冷氣、瓦斯等,氣體、水、油等多種液體的密封用。廣用於一般的空氣壓、油壓機器等。

O型環通常安裝於矩形溝,形成大壓扁率而使用,為壓縮型迫緊。
O型環的材質依使用條件(溫度、媒體等)選擇各種合成像膠或合成樹脂,通常空氣壓、水壓、油壓用晴橡膠(NBR)、neoprene(chloroprene橡膠)(CR)、苯乙烯橡膠(SBR)、矽橡膠(silicone)、氟素橡膠(FPM)等,直接的磷酸酯作動油,水蒸氣壓用EP橡膠(ethylene propylene橡膠)等。
特殊形狀的環式迫緊:
D型環:不會因衝擊壓而扭傷。
X型環:供往復運動或旋轉運動的軸密封用,供低壓或中壓用。
T形環:取代O型環,供扭曲防止用。
三角環:往復運動中不會扭傷,接觸面積小,摩擦阻力輕,壽命短。


唇端迫緊

唇端迫緊是指迫緊受壓部前端作成唇狀,此部密觸對象的金屬面,達成密封的功能。種類依迫緊的斷面形狀分為V迫緊、L迫緊、U迫緊、Y迫緊、J迫緊等。V迫緊通用於壓力高,軸的運動速度快,行程長等苛刻的使用條件,密封性極佳。
L迫緊又稱杯形迫緊、盤形迫緊,安裝於活塞前端,供外面滑動用,為活塞迫緊的代表。
U迫緊最常供油壓用。以橡膠或合成樹脂(PU)為材料者未必為正確的U字型,可藉成形模具作成Y形、U與L形的中間形狀等各種自由形狀,總稱為U杯形迫緊。J迫緊呈斷面成丁字形的迫緊,又稱凸線迫緊,迫緊的凸緣部份有密合墊的作用。



橡膠密合墊

密合墊是夾於壓力容器或管凸緣面、機械器具接合面及其他各種固定接合面間,以螺拴等鎖緊防止流體洩漏的密封裝置之總稱。
